소니가 공식적으로 발표를 한듯합니다.
펌워에 3.56으로 PSN막고 잠시 조용했지만 바이패스로 또 PSN뚫려서 골머리를 썩고 있는 소니는
벤에 관해 공식 발표를 했습니다.
왠만하면 커펌으로 PSN접속을 안하시는게 좋을듯 합니다.
커펌3.55으로 접속을하게 현재 백업게임까지 영향을 줄수 있다는 말까지 하고 있는듯 합니다.
엑박로더 기능 불가능 기타등등 안좋은 방법을 사용할수 있다 그런말도 돌고 있는듯 합니다.
현재 준비상태라 지금은 괜찬을지 모르지만 엑박처럼 투플스 가시는게 좋을듯 합니다
 
커펌사용자 분들은 PSN접속을 끊으시고 새로운 PSN아이디를 생성을 하여 새롭게 출발하세요.
기존에 쓰시던 PSN아이디로 접속을 하게되면 현재 존재하는 플스까지 영향을 줄수 있으니
조심하세요. 포인트가 아까워도 포기할수 밖에 없을듯 합니다.
 
 
This seems a bit backwards to us, but after countless legal proceedings, DMCA notices, and firmware updates, Sony has finally issued an official statement on PS3 hacking. The statement basically tells consumers to stop playing unauthorized and pirated software or their access to the PSN will be revoked. This seems to be in direct response to the recent methods of re-enabling the PSN on 3.55 firmware. It appears that Sony may be planning a ban wave, since their efforts to secure the PSN have failed.

Today, Sony Computer Entertainment released the following statement:
 Notice: Unauthorized circumvention devices for the PlayStation 3 system have been recently released by hackers. These devices permit the use of unauthorized or pirated software. Use of such devices or software violates the terms of the “System Software License Agreement for the PlayStation 3 System” and the “Terms of Services and User Agreement” for the PlayStation Network/Qriocity and its Community Code of Conduct provisions. Violation of the System Software Licence Agreement for the PlayStation 3 System invalidates the consumer guarantee for that system. In addition, copying or playing pirated software is a violation of International Copyright Laws. Consumers using circumvention devices or running unauthorized or pirated software will have access to the PlayStation Network and access to Qriocity services through PlayStation 3 system terminated permanently.
To avoid this, consumers must immediately cease use and remove all circumvention devices and delete all unauthorized or pirated software from their PlayStation 3 systems. What this means to you Circumvention devices and game piracy damage our industry and can potentially injure the online experience for you, our loyal PlayStation customers, via hacks and cheats.
 Many PlayStation.Blog readers have asked how we intend to deal with these incidents that they have been reading about in the gaming press, and this is our initial response. 
 
By identifying PlayStation 3 systems that breach our guidelines and terminating their ability to connect to PlayStation Network, we are protecting our business and preserving the honest gameplay experiences that you expect and deserve. Rest assured, this message does not apply to the overwhelming majority of our users who enjoy the world of entertainment PlayStation 3 has to offer without breaching the guidelines detailed above, and we urge you to continue doing so without fear.
