This launchelf v 3.55 exploit will not work on v12 + PSTwo slimline consoles.
You can add program elf files in the files folder if you like besides the one that is in there now which is the Launchelf v 3.55 elf file which is named BOOT.ELF.
You can add as many elf files as you like but the more you put on the more mc spaced is used, but if you put more on leave them as their name or if some elf programs are named BOOT.ELF change the name to what the program elf is like if Myps2 elf is named BOOT.ELF just change it to Myps2.elf.
This way when you trigger the mc exploit with your ps1 game it won`t try to read two elf files name BOOT.ELF which could cause it not to load.
Also if you have a usb flash drive you can just add any elf file named changed of course or other files by using your pc to transfer it to the fusb flash drive and then you can transfer those files to your mc or hdd,usb hdd.
You can also just leave the elf files on your usb flash drive and launch them from the usb flash drive with launchelf v 3.55. If you put them on the mc you can put them in the BADATA-SYSTEM/ folder which you will see when you have Launchelf v 3.55 running or you can make up a directory and name the folder Elf files if you like with Launchelf v 3.55 or name it whatever you like.
This Launchelf v 3.55 can copy and paste which makes this easy,but once you get to work with this program a while you will see what it can do as it does quite a few things.
