What's going on?  |  A: S.P.E.C.I.A.L. stats will only change on fresh save games. If your save has more than 10 hours  |     game play chances are good it will not work. The BEST way to ensure you get the S.P.E.C.I.A.L.  |     stats that you want it create a new save game and edit your stats right after you edit Vaule 101.  |      `----      ,----[ notes ]  |  | Please note that currently importing of special, inventory and fid table is limited to the  | size of the .bin that it's replacing.
