    • wiiu를 중고로 판매했는데..

    얼마전에 wiiu 헥치에 cbhc설치해서 중고로판매했는데 160-0103 에러가뜨면서
    본체보존메모리에 이상이있습니다라고 뜬다고 연락이왔는데. 무슨이유일까요..
    참고로 본체초기화하지마시고 만약에 초기화하시면 cbhc삭제후 초기화하시라고 말씀도드렸습니다.
    들어보니 초기화도 안하셨고 따로 삭제한것없으신데 외장하드 빼고 끼우고 켜도 패드와 TV에 160-0103에러가
    뜬다고 하시네요... 왜 이런에러가 뜰까요. 참고로 처음에는 평범하게 사용가능하셨다고 합니다.

    이런 것도 있네요. 요점은, 게임의 업데이트와 세이브 데이터를 지워보면서 잘될때까지 시도해라.. 뭐 이런것 같습니다

    Error Codes: 160-0103 and 160-1710

    Situation:

    You receive the error code 160-0103 ("There is a problem with the system memory.") or 160-1710.

    What to Do:

    Restart the system and try again.

    Situation Not Resolved:

    A small percentage of consumers playing Wii U may experience error codes (160-0103 and 160-1710) that could affect the ability of the system to function properly. We are investigating this issue now. Until the solution is available, anyone that experiences these error codes can call the Nintendo contact center at 1-800-255-3700 for help and repair.


    닌텐도 사이트 공식 답변인데 지금은 삭제되었네요. 껐다 켜는게 방법인듯한데 구매자 판매자간에 서로 찝찝하긴 할것같네요

    게임의 세이브나 업데이트 데이터가 기존의 것에 덮어지다가 잘못되어 에러가 나는것 같네요. 슈퍼스매쉬 브라더스가 에러가능성이 큰것같습니다. 레딧에 나온 해결책은

    Immediately after receiving the error, restart the console and create a new user from the user menu. Do NOT format your console, or it will brick and you'll have to ship it off to Nintendo for repairs. Once signed in as the new user, boot Super Smash Bros to the main menu just past the title screen. Then cancel back to the title screen, and close the software.
    Sign out, and sign back in to your original account. From your original account, start Settings > Data Management. Navigate to wherever your data for Super Smash Bros. is stored. You should see at least three options: Shared Data, data associated with your primary account, and data associated with the new account. Delete the data associated with your primary account. Navigate back to the menu and start Super Smash Bros. for Wii U: it should now work with all saved data intact! Feel free to delete the new account now, or keep it around in case you ever face this error again.

    2-3년전에 저런 글이 돌아다닌적이 있었는데. vwii관련글이였던걸로 생각되네요.
    한번 vwii 관련된걸 지우고 한번 해보세요.
